In the role of Payroll Director, you will have the responsibility of overseeing all facets of payroll operations within this facility. Working closely with the Human Resources team, the accounting team, and the Chief Financial Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless payroll processes. It's important to note that this position will not have any direct reports.

The Payroll Administrator must have extensive knowledge of managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, implementing and maintaining payroll systems, policies, and procedures, staying updated on payroll laws and regulations, managing payroll staff, handling payroll-related inquiries and issues, analyzing payroll data for accuracy and compliance, and collaborating with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure seamless payroll operations. This position opening has potential to transitioning to fully remote.
